Okey dokey then!  Not to embarrass the young ones of my family and circle, I am about to take the leap into unfettered commentary - factual and otherwise - on the world as I see it.  My plan for this little corner includes shining light on the local issues that I feel could use a little love and attention, as well as a liberal dose of my opinion (which I shall state as such, so no-one can confuse my reporting of - at least as objective as I can make it - fact and occurrence).  And now, let's get to it!
